Obesere’s brother, Valentine, abandon wife, children in U.S!

Fatai Akanbi Iyanda, the rising Fuji music wizkid otherwise known as Valentine, needs little or no introduction in the Fuji genre of Nigerian music industry. Ever since the America based artiste made a return to Nigeria with his debut album titled ‘Obalola’ in 2003,  the name Valentine seem to have found its way on the lips of Fuji music lovers.
Although, much has not been read about the younger brother of the acclaimed paramount King of Fuji, Abass Akande Obesere, he’s not losing out in his effort to stay relevant in the game. Unfortunately, we can reveal authoritatively that all is not well with his marriage and if care is not taken Valentine’s wife may sue for divorce.
While Valentine’s refusal to return to his wife, Jennifer Purnel and two children (a boy and girl), whom he left at his house on  114 Dewey Street Newark, New Jersey, has ignited different speculations to the extent that rumours are flying around that he has built a new house, living large and probably gotten married to another woman in Nigeria. The reason behind his legal wife’s alleged threat to walk out of the union.
Before Valentine came back to launch his music career in Nigeria in 2002, the grand return that facilitated the release of Obalola and Mr Biggs, his debut and sophomore album which he produced in 2003 and 2006 respectively, we scooped that Valentine and wife, who was a teacher before she quit sometimes ago, had a mortgage home in U.S worth 155,000 dollars.
However when contacted on phone for his reaction, the Fuji music sensation, who SS gathered to have done with notes and tunes of his third album titled ‘Ijo Pinging’, refused to comment, as he was cutting off the phone line whenever we get through.

What's Brewing Between Lillian Unachukwu And Wizkid ?

Apart from been the brain behind Liam, the Nigeria’s first fashion consulting agency, Lillian Unachukwu is a drop dead gorgeous, who makes heads spin whenever she appears at events. And the young music star, Wizkid, has undoubtedly achieved in a short time what could have taken somebody of twice his age many years. Combination of the two will obviously make a nice piece of story.
Lillian and Wizkid actually created a scene during the superlative birthday bash of DJ Jimmy Jatt. They were actually came hand in hand to the party heal at Deuces Nite Club, V/I, Lagos, a couple of days ago. Surprisingly, as the paparazzi swoon on them to take what could have been describe as the most beautiful shot at the event, Lillian tend to cover her face while Wizkid was looking at the floor in order to escape the snapshot from been taken.
“What are they afraid of,” a loose mouth whispered. While some are insinuating that fear of what the shot may cause in the media is the reason why Lillian and Wizkid put up the wall against the paparazzi. “That they are dating? No, Lillian, as a fashion consultant with an agency that is thriving, she is very close to showbiz personalities,” a bird in the know gushed.
Truly, Lillian has  styled  likes of 2Face, Dakore Egbuson, Gbemi olateru, Funke Akindele,  Mo’cheddah, Betty Irabor, Toolz, M.I, DIPP, Bracket among other top celebrities, but Wizkid’s alleged love for older women is what sent tongues wagging.

Toni Payne back in 9ice’s house - Insider insists

It has been denials and counter accusations when the news filtered out sometimes ago that the proverbial lyricist, Abolore Akande a.k.a 9ice has mended the crack in his relationship with his baby mama, Tony Payne.
It would be recalled that the cosmetologist turned artiste manager, Toni Payne, was reported in July to have made unexpected return to her estranged husband’s Abule-Egba, Lagos, home.  She and her child, Zion, were said to have spent some days in the house that she left in unwieldy circumstances late 2009.
However, the visit which some of 9ice’s close allies claimed ignorant of as at that time has resurfaced, as  a source close to the couple is now insisting that Toni is back in 9ice’s life!  The nosy fellow even disclosed that Toni’s return had seen 9ice temporarily disengaging some of the boys on his Alapomeji Record labels, who are living with him.
This decision is gathered to be unconnected to the allegation that 9ice wanted to shield the news from making the rounds. Although, 9ice has denied any move to reconcile with his wife, the latest gift about their reconciliation is born out of the conviction that Toni is instrumental to the phenomenon rise of 9ice. And for 9ice’s forthcoming double album to be a hit, he’s said to be in need of his wife.
Moreover, in the last one week, Payne has been whirling in a new kind of euphoria, as it’s could be deduced from her comments on popular social networks. “I love my life, everything is falling in place perfectly,” she twitted a couple of days ago.

Why Joseph Hundah quits Multichoice uncovered!

Last Friday, October 22, it was amidst pomp and pageantry that top executives and staff of Multichoice, the popular pay  TV Company,  bid farewell to Joseph Hundah, the outgoing Managing Director Multichoice Nigeria.
Conversely, ever since it came to the fore that Joe, as he’s simply called is resigning from the post he took over in 2008, some member of the staff as well as section of the media have been inquisitive about the decision of to leave so soon.

Although, it’s still very sketchy when and where he’s going to float the pay TV channel, We scooped that the Zimbabwean has finalised his plans to venture into the trade, which he believe there is no competition yet.
Anyway, we wishe Mr. Hundah more success in his future endeavour.

Reprudencia Sonkey: Nigeria’s Nicki Minaj uncovered!

Describing Reprudencia Sonkey as Nicki Minaj wannabe, you may not have been wrong because Dencia, as the emerging hot singing sensation is preferred to be called, sensual moves couple with the way she flaunts her boobs are the reasons she is been likened to the New York City’s female rapper, Nicki.
Though, the rising songstress born to Cameroonian and Nigerian parents is in the league of abroad based belles, who are taking their acts back to their root, Dancia has evidently shown with ‘Beri beri’, her debut hit track, that her coming back home is not a fluke.
While music critics see Dancia as next big thing in the Nigerian music scene, it may interest you to know that the California based recording artiste  has appeared in several musical videos of 50cents’ ‘Down on me’ feat Jeremiah, Chris Brown’s ‘Yeah 3’, as well as Lady Gaga, Ludacris, Baby bash among other international music superstars  videos .
Moreover, Dancia’s foray into music scene was dated back in her early days as a chorister until she was diagnosed with a deadly throat disease that left her in doubt if she could ever sing again.  Surprisingly, she is indeed has gotten her groove back with Beri Beri, and Dancia’s skill on runway and in front of camera as a model cum actress has placed her on the fastest lane to fame.

If the information at our disposal is anything to by then the copyright tussle between D’banj and Kelly Hansome over a song titled I’m Feeling Good, may have been settled out of the court.
We gathered that on Monday October 24, the matter was taken to the Garki Police Command Headquarters in Abuja, where it was resolved.
Kelly Hansome was said to have been taken into custody, where he was eventually granted bail to the sum of eight hundred thousand naira.  A reliable source hinted that Mr. Maga, as Kelly is fondly called, alleged to have admitted among other things to willful infringement of the intellectual property rights  of Mo'Hits Records Limited.
He consequently signed an undertaking and apology to Mo'Hits Records at about 4pm. in the presence of several police officers including Chief Superintendent Victor Erivwode, (the Divisional Police Officer).
Kelly Hansome undertook to refrain from further use of Mo'Hits Records Limited's material, released or unreleased, and offered profuse apologies to Mo'Hits Records Limited. He also appeared to be convincingly remorseful to everyone at the Station.
Mo’ Hits and Kelly Hansome’s lawyers as well as D’banj’s trusted adviser, Seun Abisagbola a.k.a Bankuli, were present at the Police Station.
