9ice, Modenine collabo stirs gossip

It’s no longer news that the crowned Nigerian best lyricist, Modenine, and acid-tongued rapper, Ruggedyman are known arch-rivals in the rap game, and the latter’s face off with the proverbial lyricist, 9ice, over a controversial song titled ‘Once bitten twice shy’, is still the talk of town.
It may interest you to know that Modenine and Adigun Alapo meji, as 9ice is also fondly called, have closed ranks for a track. This recent musical collaboration had since sent tongues wagging that there is more to the song. Although, those who have listened to the song titled ‘Atamatase’ claimed that it’s not a diss song for Ruggedman, mouths are running that the theme of the song and Modenine on the track is to spite Ruggedman. While the video of the song has been shot, the combination of 9ice and Modenine for a track is something many music lovers least expected at this time when 9ice and Ruggedman’s feud deepens.
