Their names ring bells and they are strong forces to be reckoned with in the trade which they have evidently set the pace. Though, it is undeniable that few of them are actually living on past glory, their acquired assets which could run to millions of naira when converted to liquid cash is what separate men from the boys.
More so, the shining among these showbiz stars huge performances fees coupled with multimillion naira brand endorsement deals are what conveniently launched them in the millionaires club of Nigerian entertainment industry.   In no particular order SS presents some of the Nigeria’s showbiz money bags

King Sunny Ade (KSA)
He has been a musician-cum businessman, Chief Sunny Adeniyi Adegeye, the ‘Baba Elesin ni Bariga’, is a money-spinning machine in the industry. The king of world beats makes money on a daily basis with many companies under the umbrella of KSA Holdings.
KSA has bridged the gap between the old and young. He is still the toast of many classical parties, performing to the people of great ego and business acumen. His charges have risen above two million naira per engagement. KSA is presently living in a multi-million naira mansion in his home town, Ondo. He also has three buildings in Ilaje, Bariga, apart from others which are scattered in the heart of Lagos, while he enjoys a fleet of cars in his backyard; even as he has a special liking for Mercedes Benz.

 Yinka Ayefele
Though, it will be quite difficult to classify Yinka Ayefele as a gospel artiste, the ‘Tungba exponent’ has not ceased to be making fame and fortune from his style of refining popular songs of praise. And talking about Nigeria’s most engaged music stars, Ayefele will either take first or second position, an undisputable ranking that has conveniently placed Ayefele among the highest selling and richest songsters in Nigeria.

Apart from his new building called ‘Music House’, located along challenge/Toll gate road Ibadan, Oyo State, which was gathered to be worth over 400 million naira, Ayefele is scooped to have gotten other expansive and eye-popping structures like that in Ibadan. Ali Baba

Charles Oputa (Charly Boy)
The former head of Nigerian music body (PMAN), who had turned himself into a typical example of the battered youth of this country has since become a brand name since the inception of his TV Programme ‘The Charly Boy Show’ and waxed stronger with ‘Zoom Time’ another classy programme, which he has also rested.
Apart from his crazy and controversial life style, Area FADA as he’s also fondly called is a no-nonsense, bold and blunt radical activist who sits on top of a multi-million naira empire.

Femi Anikulapo Kuti
The scion of late ‘Abami Eda’, Fela Anikulapo Kuti and the crown-prince of Afro beat is a force to be reckoned with in the Nigerian music industry. Femi stunned many people with the multi-million naira new African shrine built shortly after the death of his father. The secret of Femi’s success is that, he keeps major parts of money realized on shows in foreign accounts and the multiple award-winning Afro music sensation is very prudent in spending. D.J. Jimmy Jatt

The highest paid Deejay who has played in almost every big concert in Nigeria has been there and done much in the Nigerian Entertainment industry.

Evang. Ebenezer” Obey” Fabiyi (Baba Commander)
Though very advanced in age, he is still one of the biggest musicians Nigeria ever had. The living music legend and juju maestro turned-evangelist stands out with choice properties and gas filling stations located in most parts of Lagos metropolis.
Ali
 He made the bulk of money when he was active as juju musician, and interestingly Baba Commander is still making money quietly with cameo appearances in few selected big society shindigs. The chairman of Obey Group of companies and Decross international, Dr. Ebenezer Obey, who was one of the hottest selling gospel musicians then, is no doubt excels in the music industry.

King Wasiu Ayinde (K1 De Ultimate)
He is one of the few well-liked Nigerian musicians, k1 de ultimate’s clout extends far and beyond, he has played in many big concerts in Nigeria and abroad. ‘Oluaye of Fuji’ music can never settle less than 1.5 million naira as his engagement fee, depending on the nature of such events. 
K1 is one of the greatest Nigerian musicians’ resident in London and undoubtedly the most patronized Fuji music warlord. Apart from his ‘Castle of Peace’ in okota, Lagos, which is worth millions of naira, ‘Okanlomo’ of Lagos, has an apartment in West End, a seven bedroom flat in Canada and also some properties in Opebi and Victoria Island in Lagos, Nigeria.
 K1 the official crowned king of Fuji music is a powerful dresser and auto-cruiser. He has in his fleet of cars, Lincoln Navigator, a C-class Mercedes Benz, a Chrysler Town, a Country Caravan, customized cars and aspires to buy a chopper very soon.
